Hollingsworth was proud to have Elena Kenski, Director, Sales in representation at last week’s 11th Annual Southern Automotive Women’s Forum. The SAWF organization brings together women and male allies throughout the automotive industry. The SAWF supports female students through activities such as a scholarship fund for female students in the STEM field of study and a middle school outreach program called “All Girls Auto Know”, inviting up to 300 middle school girls and educators to get a better understanding of the vast career opportunities within Automotive and STEM.

The event included an OEM Panel discussion with representatives from GM, Toyota, Ford and Bloom Energy to address Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the current and future automotive industry. Keynote Speakers included:

• Susan Elkington, President of Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucy (TMMK) which is the largest production facility globally with more than 10,000 employees
• Olabisi Boyle, Vice President of Product Planning and Mobility Services for Hyundai Motor North America, responsible for strategic direction of Hyundai’s U.S. Vehicle line-up, connected car solutions supporting mobility strategy and future innovations
