After 25 Years in Operational Leadership, Matt’s Expertise is Unmatched
Dearborn, Michigan — The Hollingsworth leadership team is extremely excited to announce the promotion of a longtime leader within the company, Matt Ginter. Last week, Mr. Ginter accepted his new role as Vice President of Operations.
Matt was one of the initial members of the management team and last year, he celebrated 25 years of service. Since joining Hollingsworth, Matt has held numerous leadership roles including Director of Operations and Executive Director of New Business Initiatives.

As the new Vice President of Operations, Matt will oversee all Automotive and Aerospace programs nationwide. With his long-standing, exceptional expertise and performance, Matt will also continue to support new business initiatives.
