Hollingsworth Expands in Schertz, Texas with a New 340,090-Square-Foot Facility
Hollingsworth is expanding in Schertz, Texas. We are consolidating our two locations into a single 340,090-square-foot facility at Park35, along Interstate 35 northeast of San Antonio.
A Larger Home for Our Schertz Operations
Hollingsworth has been part of the Schertz community for more than 15 years. The new facility at Park35, located at 22867 IH 35 N in Comal County, gives our team room for warehousing, order fulfillment, packaging, assembly, and distribution. Over the next six years, Hollingsworth plans to invest $19.5 million in the project and will operate the facility under a seven-year lease.
More Capacity for Aerospace, Automotive, Government, Industrial, and Retail Customers
The expansion increases the capacity of our logistics operations to meet the needs of customers in aerospace, automotive, government, industrial, and retail.
