For three consecutive years running, Hollingsworth has met the standard required to hold Veteran-Friendly Employer status under Michigan’s state certification program, a distinction that requires proving an ongoing commitment to veterans in the workplace.

The MVAA’s Veteran-Friendly Employer program recognizes organizations that demonstrate a sustained commitment to veteran recruitment, training, and retention. Certification is not a one-time designation, employers must recertify annually to maintain their status, meaning this is the result of consistent follow-through rather than a single application.
